I work with leaders and teams navigating an unprecedented level of complexity — as a coach, facilitator, and designer of leadership development programs.

Whether you’re a leader looking for a thinking partner or you’re responsible for the development of a team or an organization, my work blends two things: intentionality — developing the capacity to respond thoughtfully rather than reflexively under pressure — and range, building a toolkit of approaches and skills to draw on. One without the other isn’t enough.

Individual and Group Coaching

I partner with leaders at all levels — from those stepping into leadership to the C-suite. Working from the inside out, I support and challenge clients in turning insight into new ways of showing up under pressure — building both intentionality, the pause that lets us choose our response, and range, a broader toolset to draw on.

I am a PCC and a Presence-Based Leadership ® certified coach. I completed coach training at the Strozzi Institute for Embodied Leadership. I am accredited with The Leadership Circle Profile, the Key Polarity Indicator and the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI.)

Leadership Team Facilitation

I work with leadership teams facing adaptive challenges — the kind that don’t have a clear fix. Together, we build on each team member’s strengths, surface and work through the tensions that complex challenges create, and develop the trust a team needs to engage honestly and make sound decisions.

Teams I’ve partnered with have reshaped their senior management structure, aligned across functions, and built the collaboration to lead through change rather than react to it. I have deep experience with executive teams in small and mid-sized organizations.

Workshops and Leadership Programs

I design and lead workshops and sustained programs — as stand-alone sessions or as an integrated development process built to last. My background in learning and instructional design (it’s where I began, and I have a Master’s in it) means the experiences are engaging and interactive and, just as important, built to be sustained after the session ends.

Recent topics I’ve worked on include operating in complexity, working with polarity and paradox, navigating difficult conversations and conflict, building resilience, leading through transition, giving and receiving feedback, and coaching skills for leaders. I’ll work with you to clarify what your leaders and culture actually need — then design toward it.

Coaching Supervision

I offer supervision — a reflective space for coaches to step back, gain perspective, and renew their energy for the work. I support coaches at every stage, from those just starting out to the highly experienced.

“In the end, it is important to remember that we cannot become what we need to be, by remaining what we are.”

— Max DePree
