About Ronni Hendel
I work with individuals, intact leadership teams, and diverse groups of leaders — from people stepping into leadership for the first time to those in the C-suite. What they share is the need to lead through unprecedented complexity.
I help them grow in two ways that work together: intentionality — responding thoughtfully rather than reflexively — and range, a wider set of approaches to draw on. One without the other is insufficient.
I work from the inside out. Powerful, embodied practices help clients turn insight into action, rather than leaving it as something they only understand intellectually. The disciplines I draw on, including neuroscience, mindfulness, somatic (body-based) work, adult development, and the study of complexity and polarities, are always in service of the person in front of me, not for the sake of the framework.
I began my career in learning and development, and my background in Instructional Design still shapes all that I create. I bring that craft to building learning experiences that are engaging and interactive, and I ensure that learning can be sustained. Before launching InsightOut Leadership, I held leadership roles in both non-profit and corporate settings, where I brought out the best in my employees and created teams and organizations known for their high levels of engagement and the results they delivered.
I work across sectors, including healthcare, higher education, technology, consumer products, social enterprise, and non-profit, with clients around the world. My current clients include Educate!, Computacenter, SDG&E, Dr. Bronner's, and Washington University's Division of Biology and Biomedical Sciences. Past clients include Compassus Health Care, Seminole State, and Alamo Colleges District.
My coaching is accredited at the PCC level through the International Coaching Federation. I’m also a Presence-Based Leadership® certified coach and a graduate of the somatic coaching program at the Strozzi Institute for Embodied Leadership. I’ve completed Systemic Team Coaching Essentials and trained as a Coach Supervisor. My assessment certifications include the Key Polarity Indicator, the Leadership Circle Profile, and the Strengths Deployment Inventory, plus accreditation in the Hogan Assessment Systems and the Kaiser Leadership Versatility Index.
I hold a BA in History from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a master's degree in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University.
I live with my husband in Los Angeles and am the mother of two adult children. I'm an avid reader, yoga and meditation practitioner, cook, and lifelong learner.
