About Ronni Hendel

Ronni works as a coach and facilitator with leaders and teams navigating an unprecedented level of complexity.  She supports their growth in two distinct ways: increasing intentionality—responding thoughtfully rather than reflexively, especially under pressure—and range, building a wider set of approaches and tools to draw on. She recognizes that one without the other is insufficient. She is comfortable working with individuals, intact leadership teams, or diverse groups of leaders. Her experience spans from individuals transitioning into leadership roles to those in the C-suite.

Working from the inside out, Ronni supports her clients in quieting their nervous systems so that body and mind can work together and they can meet pressure with intention rather than reaction. She is then able to offer tools, frameworks, and perspectives from multiple disciplines to enable her clients to increase their leadership range.

She works with leaders so that they are able to stay steady under pressure, work with competing demands, and lead with clarity when there is no clear path. She guides clients in creating powerful, embodied practices that allow them to turn insight into action. She draws on neuroscience, mindfulness, somatic (body-based) work, adult development, and the study of complexity and polarities—always in service of the person in front of her, not for the sake of the framework.

Ronni began her career in learning and development and has a Master’s in Instructional Design. She continues to bring that craft to building learning experiences that are engaging and interactive, and ensures that learning can be sustained. Before launching InsightOut Leadership, Ronni held leadership roles in both non-profit and corporate settings. She consistently brought out the best in her employees and created teams and organizations known for their high levels of engagement and the results they delivered.

Ronni works across sectors, including healthcare, higher education, technology, consumer products, social enterprise, and non-profit, with clients around the world. Her current clients include Educate!, Computacenter, SDG&E, Dr. Bronner’s, and Washington University’s Division of Biology and Biomedical Sciences. Past clients include Compassus Health Care, Seminole State, and Alamo Colleges District.

Ronni is a PCC-accredited coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Presence-Based Leadership® certified coach, and a graduate of the somatic coaching program at the Strozzi Institute for Embodied Leadership.
